Activity Registration Information

Step 1: Registration must be completed online for all school activities.  Activities can be paid for online at the end of the registration process or in the office.

**Online registration for Spring Activities has been shut off. Payments due at this point must be taken care of in the high school office using cash or check. Marching Band registration is still available through June 1st.**

Login and click on the ‘Register’ dropdown box for each existing student OR Add a New Student.
*Students need to register separately for each sport/activity.

*IMPORTANT- If you are a TRANSFER STUDENT, please see Mr. Dahmen (AD) prior to registering to discuss eligibility.

  Step 2: Athletes must have a current sport qualifying physical exam on file in the Activities Office. Sports physicals are good for 3 years from the date of your last physical and must remain current throughout the entire sports season,  You may download the blank Physical Form here.

 Once the physical form is completed by your doctor, turn it in at the FHS office or scan it and submit the completed Physical Form online.
